WINTER RELEASE ORDERS/Winter SALE (ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 11/23-11/27/18):
Due to volume Winter Release/Winter Sale orders will not ship within the 14 business day turn around time. They will ship no later than December 20th. As always you will receive an email with tracking info when your order ships, make sure to check the email you ordered under and your spam folder. I am not responsible for USPS delays, once your package is in their hands there is nothing I can do to expedite the process or make them deliver on time.

I'm committed to handmade, fresh products of the highest quality and always pack your orders with the greatest care. As a one-person operation, this means order processing can take time. I think you will find handmade magic is worth the wait!
Turn around time is 14 business days (does not include weekends and holidays)
Turnaround time is the time from when your order is placed until it is shipped. Normally orders are processed & shipped Monday through Friday (this does not include transit time from USPS to your doorstep). If you order on Friday after 4pm EST, Saturday or Sunday processing time does not begin until the next business day: Monday. Made fresh items such as lotions and scrubs are made to order and may require additional processing time. Please be aware orders placed during holiday seasons and sales may require extra processing time. We will be sure to notify you if there are any delays.
