Ordering Info and Policies

Holiday Turn Around Time:

I'm committed to handmade, fresh products of the highest quality and always pack your orders with the greatest care. As a one-person operation, this means order processing can take time. I think you will find handmade magic is worth the wait!

Turn around time is 14 business days (does not include weekends and holidays) except for Winter Release/Sale orders.

Winter Release Orders/Sale (orders placed between 11/23-11/27/17) will ship no later than December 20th. I am not responsible for USPS delays, once your package is in their hands there is nothing I can do to expedite the process or make them deliver on time.

Turnaround time is the time from when your order is placed until it is shipped. Normally orders are processed & shipped Monday through Friday (this does not include transit time from USPS to your doorstep). If you order on Friday after 4pm EST, Saturday or Sunday processing time does not begin until the next business day: Monday. Made fresh items such as lotions and scrubs are made to order and may require additional processing time. Please be aware orders placed during holiday seasons and sales may require extra processing time. We will be sure to notify you if there are any delays.

 Holiday arrival order cut offs:

International Orders- After many years experience I feel like I can not guarantee holiday arrival for international orders. USPS and customs are just variables I can't control. Obviously the earlier you order the better the chances are.

US orders: Last day to order for US holiday arrival is 12/15/17 12pm EST

 

End of the year closing:

We will close for the year 12/15/17 All orders will go out in time for holiday delivery in the US. After your order is in the hands of USPS I can't be responsible for any delays and don't have the power to expedite the process.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of ordering. We accept payments through Paypal and Square of Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not store your payment information. We do not have any direct access to your account or credit card information.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS from Pennsylvania. Products are mailed via customers selected service, however please remember to include your zip code in the shipping calculator as some states require residents to pay sales tax.

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for purchases over $25.00 USD as we are NOT responsible for packages that have been damaged or lost during the shipping process once they leave our location. Orders over $100 USD have shipping insurance included as do international orders. Shipping insurance is available for purchase on all packages. If you wish to add insurance please be sure to notify us in your order comments. A separate invoice will be sent shortly for insurance fees.

Approximate Shipping Times
USPS Parcel Post/Media Mail- 5-9 business days but can take up to 21, orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S may add an additional 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority- 3-5 business days orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S may add an additional 3-5 business days.
USPS Express- next business day
USP Ground- 1-5 business days orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S may add additional time
USPS Air Saver- next business day

We are not responsible for any service carriers shipping delays. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We believe 100% in our products. If you should receive defective goods please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will ask that the defective merchandise is returned to us in order to confirm the issue(s) at hand. Once the goods have been returned and the problem is verified, we will ship your replacement items at no cost to you as well as refund any costs incurred in the return of original merchandise. We cannot guarantee processing of a return if we have not been notified prior to shipment. Please make sure to e-mail us immediately if you should have any problems or concerns. Due to the personal nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns for anything other than defective goods. All products are handmade. Do to the nature of the products colors, designs, and shapes will vary; this does not constitute a product defect. All weights are approximate.

All information given in relationship to a product does not imply that any product or ingredient contained within a product has any medicinal properties or to be used to treat a medical condition. Consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment of any medical condition. Read ingredient lists carefully and thoroughly. Do not use products that contain ingredients you are allergic to or may be allergic to. If redness, rash, or irritation occurs discontinue use of product and consult your physician.
