We accept payments through Paypal of Visa, Mastercard, American Express. All payments made on our website are processed through Paypal's secure server for your protection. Our system does not store your credit card information and we do not have access to view your payment information.
Shipping Info
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from New Jersey. Products are mailed via flat rate packaging however please remember to include your zip code in the shipping calculator as some states require residents to pay sales tax.
Normally orders are processed & shipped within 2-4 business days (this does not include transit time from USPS to your doorstep). Please be aware orders placed during holiday seasons and sales may require extra processing time. We will be sure to notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping insurance is available for purchase on all packages. If you wish to add insurance please be sure to notify us by clicking "Add special instructions for merchant" during the check-out process.

$1.35 - up to $50
$2.30 - $50.01 - $100
We are not liable for packages that have been damaged or lost during the shipping process once they leave our location.

Returns
We believe 100% in our products. If you should receive defective goods please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please note these products are crafted by hand, variations in coloring, design, and cutting are part of the handmade nature of the product and do NOT constitute a defective product. We will ask that the defective merchandise is returned to us in order to confirm the issue(s) at hand. Once the goods have been returned and the problem is verified we will ship your replacement items at no cost to you as well as refund any costs incurred in the return of original merchandise. We cannot guarantee processing of a return if we have not been notified prior to shipment. Please make sure to e-mail us immediately if you should have any problems or concerns.Due to the personal nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns for anything other than defective goods. Order Cancellation
If you should need to cancel an order please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has already been packaged a 10% restocking fee will apply. If an order has already been labeled for shipping and scheduled for delivery we will not be able to cancel it at that time.
