We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. Your credit card information is NOT stored on our server after your order has been processed. This is to protect your privacy and credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.
The information collected when you make a purchase is used only to process, charge and fill orders. During registration to make purchases, you will have the opportunity to select a checkbox to receive information from us in the future regarding products and sales. If you do NOT check the box, you will receive no e-mail from us outside of that necessary to complete your orders.
When you register to make purchases, a profile is stored on the site with your name, address and other information that you choose to provide. The profile also contains your preference for receipt of e-mail in the future. If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, e-mail or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personally identifiable information.
